1. Refund policy

   1. If We become aware that You are a resident in a country where the use of our Website is considered illegal, We will have the right to close Your account and refund any remaining balance on Your account at the moment of its closure (after the deduction of any winnings credited since the User made her/his most recent deposit).
   2. No refund can be completed once the alleged deposit (including the bonus) has been played using our service.

We are not responsible for the fraudulent usage of credits card regardless whether the theft has been declared.
