ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS

OBJECTIVE 

1. Futuras Apostas understands its users' passion for online gaming and betting. For this reason, our aim is to offer a range of games that are not only innovative and fun, but also safe and responsible. 
2. This Responsible Gambling Policy reflects Futuras Apostas's commitment to minimizing the negative effects associated with gambling addiction and pathological gambling disorders, as well as to promoting and encouraging safe, healthy and conscious gambling practices.

PREVENTION OF ADDICTION AND PATHOLOGICAL GAMBLING DISORDERS

1. It is essential that, when playing, users are aware of their limits, both psychological and financial, and that they monitor their playing time, avoiding excesses. 

2. Our gaming system has the following features aimed at promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment, allowing users to make informed choices and remain within their personal limits:

   • Setting limits on deposit amounts and personalized losses
   • Setting maximum betting limits per game or sporting event
   • Display of warning messages and/or blocks on use of the platform
   • Activating pause periods 
   • Temporary or permanent self-exclusion option
   • Game time timer display
   • Information on self-protection and self-testing for compulsive gambling
   • Links and contacts of organizations offering help and advice for the treatment of gambling addiction and pathological gambling disorder 

3. In addition, we ensure that all our employees and collaborators, including contractors, who interact directly with bettors and users of the platform, receive regular training on responsible gaming practices in order to assist and instruct bettors and users of the platform whenever necessary. 

CLASSIFICATION OF RISK PROFILES

1. We continuously and actively monitor the behavior of our users with regard to the risk of addiction, over-indebtedness and pathological gambling disorders, classifying them into different risk levels. 

2. The classification of risk profiles is divided into 3 (three) levels, with the adoption of specific measures for each level, as described below.

Futuras Apostas has entered into a strategic partnership with Sumsub, an internationally renowned platform in identity verification and behavioral analysis, as part of our commitment to responsible gambling and user protection. Using Sumsub's advanced technological solutions, we carry out a continuous and detailed analysis of user activities, allowing us to identify and manage behaviors that may signal risky gambling practices

   1. Through this behavioral monitoring tool and real-time identity checks, we strive to identify atypical patterns that may indicate problematic behavior, such as excessive betting or unusual activities. This analysis allows us to take proactive action to ensure the safety and well-being of our users, in compliance with Brazilian regulations and global responsible gambling principles.
4. Risk levels 

   • Level 1: Within Normality
     Users classified at this level exhibit gaming behavior that is within normal parameters. For these users, our system will continue to provide the standard responsible gaming features, such as tools for setting limits and alerts about playing time, among others.

   • Level 2: Alert
     Users classified at this level show signs of behavior that may suggest an increased risk of addiction, gambling-related disorders or indebtedness. In response, we adopt preventive measures, which include suggesting the proactive adoption of prudential limits associated with alerts or blocks, carrying out self-tests and suggesting the proactive adoption of the self-exclusion mechanism. Regular notifications are sent to users classified at this level in order to alert them to the risks and encourage them to review and adjust their gaming practices. Futuras Apostas may also proactively set limits on deposits or playing time.

   • Level 3: Critical
     Users classified at this level display behaviors that indicate a high risk of addiction, serious gambling-related disorders or indebtedness. In these cases, Futuras Apostas reserves the right, among other actions, to suspend the user's account indefinitely. Suspension will be accompanied by the sending of information and guidance to the user on how to get help and treatment.

RECOMMENDATIONS AND SELF-ANALYSIS

1. We suggest that users of the platform follow these recommendations as a way of avoiding addiction to games and pathological gambling disorders:

   • Always play within your financial and budgetary limits and never use money that could jeopardize the payment of basic bills such as rent and food;
   • Don't use the game as a psychological escape mechanism, avoiding playing when you are upset, frustrated or depressed, as these mental states can make it difficult to make decisions. Gaming should be used as a form of entertainment and fun;
   • Don't use games as a source of income, as they are based on chance and luck and there is no recipe or guarantee of success;
   • Make sure you understand and know the rules of the games before you play;
   • Control your playing time and take frequent breaks;
   • Don't play under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any kind of substance that could impair your judgment and your ability to make conscious and responsible decisions;
   • Establish a daily, monthly and/or weekly budget for your bets in order to maintain better financial control;
   • Avoid debt: don't borrow money to place bets or lend money to others to place bets; and
   • Practice self-knowledge, know your limits and don't get frustrated if you lose.

2. Inquiry self-analysis is intended to make bettors and users of the platform question themselves and reflect on their gambling behavior. Below we highlight the main questions that we believe are important to guide your self-reflection:

   • Have you ever neglected your studies or work because of gambling?
   • How much time do you spend playing games each day or week on average?
   • Has anyone ever criticized the amount of time you spend playing games?
   • Have you ever missed out on spending time with your family and/or friends because of the game?
   • Have you ever lied, borrowed money or even stolen money to cover your gambling losses?
   • After losing, do you feel the need to play again to cover your losses?
   • Do you use gaming as a way of feeling better after arguments, frustrations and/or disappointments?
   • Does the game cause you depression or suicidal thoughts?
   • Do you gamble to pay off your debts or solve your financial problems?
   • Have you ever lied about the amount of money and time you spend playing games?
3. If you have answered yes to any of the above questions, we suggest that you immediately seek psychological help for diagnosis, either privately and directly or through the organizations listed in item 10 below.

PROTECTING MINORS

1. We have implemented strict verification tools to prevent registration on our platform and access to our games by persons under the age of eighteen (18), which include:

   • User identification: request a digital copy of an official document with a photo that proves the user's identity and age at the time of registration;
   • Facial recognition: facial recognition with proof of life at the time of registration, in order to verify that the person registering is really who they claim to be;
   • Secure password: requirement that the password to access the platform combine letters, numbers and special characters, increasing the security of the account; and
   • IP address: registration of the IP address at the time of registration, to monitor login activities and prevent unauthorized access.

2. If you are a parent, relative, legal guardian or otherwise live with a minor, we recommend that you follow these precautionary tips to prevent a minor from improperly accessing your account:

   • Always keep your access data secure (user ID and password) and avoid obvious passwords, such as your own name or birthday;

   • If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor, limit the time they have access to the internet and monitor the content they access.

1. We undertake to maintain systematic and effective communication with all users registered on our platform, with the aim of promoting responsible gambling practices, warning of the risks associated with gambling and offering information and support to prevent and treat possible problems related to pathological gambling.

2. Communications with users will cover the following aspects:

   • Responsible Gaming: information on safe and responsible gaming practices;
   • Risks of Addiction: warnings about the potential risks of developing an addiction to gambling;
   • Pathological Gambling Disorders: information on pathological gambling disorder and its signs;
   • Prevention and Treatment: guidance on preventative measures and treatment alternatives available to those who may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties; and
   • Over-indebtedness: verification of additional documentation in the event of non-standard behavior in order to establish prudential limits.

ACTIONS AND EDUCATIONAL CAMPAIGNS

1. Reinforcing our commitment to promoting responsible gaming practices, we have the following initiatives:

   • Awareness campaigns: we run our own campaigns, aimed at our audience and potential consumers, about the risks associated with gambling and the importance of responsible gambling, which are regularly promoted through their social networks, official website and advertising vehicles.
   • Educational material: in the "Responsible Gaming" section of the official website, we provide informational materials and self-tests that address safe gaming practices, the identification of signs of addiction and the provision of contacts for support and treatment.
   • Participation in External Campaigns: we actively collaborate with educational campaigns promoted by the sector, aimed at society in general and at groups at risk of addiction and pathological gambling disorders. As a way of maintaining transparency with our users in relation to such initiatives, we provide detailed information about our partnerships and the impact of the campaigns on our website and regularly communicate our efforts through our communication channels.

2. Futuras Apostas regularly evaluates the effectiveness of its initiatives. Adjustments may be made at any time, as necessary, to better meet the needs of our users and comply with market best practices and legal requirements.
